Level Three First Aid for Schools
Our First Aid for Schools Course integrates the Emergency First Aid at Work qualification with the Emergency Paediatric First Aid qualification, and provides candidates with the proper theory and skill-set to be able to confidently administer first aid to both children and adults in an emergency. It is ideal for staff of schools, nurseries, and day-care centres.
With a minimum duration of eight hours in the classroom, this course is typically completed in one day. We are able to provide flexibility with this, as long as the sessions are over two hours long, and full course is delivered within a four-week period. Evening and weekend sessions are available.
This course is assessed through oral questioning, a written assessment, and practical demonstrations, and upon completion of the course candidates will receive two certificates – one in Emergency First Aid at Work, and the other in Emergency Paediatric First Aid. Both qualifications will be valid for three years, though annual refresher courses are advised.
