First Aid for Parents, Grandparents, and Carers
Keeping a child you love safe from harm can be a daunting task, but we are here to help. Covering all the basics of First Aid, this three-hour course is designed to give you the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to keep your child safe, as well as the ability to act effectively in a medical emergency.
While this course typically lasts three hours, we are happy to tailor the session to your requirements and focus more on any conditions or situations that are particularly worrying you. Evening and weekend sessions are available.
Taught using both theoretical and practical activities, this course is assessed through oral questioning, and practical demonstrations, and upon completion of the course candidates will receive a Basic Life Support certificate.
