Save a Mate

Our Save a Mate course is designed to empower teenagers of 14 and above with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to look after themselves and their friends, should an emergency occur.

Covering topics from simple injuries to common illnesses, to substance abuse, the course will provide a comprehensive range of applicable skills that students can carry through years of adventure (and misadventure) to come.

This one-day course is assessed by oral questions and practical assessments, and upon successfully completing the course, students will receive an Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.
